Warranty Policy
1. Preface
We sincerely hope that you would be satisfied with the new product. Based on laws and regulations related to the protection of consumer rights and interests in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and HONOR’s policies, HONOR Saudi Trade Co. formulates HONOR’s product warranty policy, according to which you could return, replace, or repair the products purchased in Saudi Arabia.
2. Warranty services
2.1. Warranty object and scope
This warranty policy only applies to HONOR smartphones, Tablet, PC, Bands, Smart watches, Home devices, TWS, Wireless Headset. For HONOR Choice, please contact the seller for after-sales warranty services.
2.2. Warranty services
2.2.1. Return Policies
For return policies, it is totally depending on the store which you bought your device from. when you buy your device, please refer to the return policy of the store, whether online or offline store.
2.2.2. Return Guide
If the store which you bought the device from support the return policy, then kindly refer to the return guide directly with that store.
2.3. Replacement services
2.3.1. Replacement Period
Within 14 days from the date of purchase (including 14 days), if a performance fault relates to a manufacturing defect in the product (Hardware functional fault), you can choose to replace it with the same model and specification or in-warranty repair services.
2.3.2. Replacement Guide
1) If you purchased the product in retail store, please go to the HONOR authorized
service center to apply for replacement.
2) If you purchased the product on the online store, please apply for replacement
according to the guide on website.
3) Please back up and delete your personal data before returning the device.
4) It is recommended that you check the following list before applying for a
replacement:

1) Within warranty period from the date of purchase,if a performance fault that is not
caused by human damage occurs on the host of the product, you could enjoy the free
maintenance services.
2) For accessories independent sale, the product warranty starting date is subject to
the day when the purchase receipt or Proof of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as POP)
is issued. Invoice, invoice copy, product warranty card can be used as POP. If you are
unable to provide the receipt (POP), the warranty start date will be 90 days after the
manufactured date (indicated by device’s serial number). For details, you could click
Warranty Query (honor.com) to check whether the device is within the warranty
period.
3) For accessories with device, the after-sales service shall be provided according to
the valid warranty certificate of the host machine. If both the invoice and warranty
card of the host machine are lost, SN of the host machine shall be used as the accessory
to calculate whether the host machine is within the warranty period. Click here to find

4) The product warranty starting date is subject to the day when the purchase receipt or
Proof of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as POP) is issued.
2.4.2. Maintenance Guide
1) For repair service, you can visit the nearest Honor Authorized Service Center, kindly

3) Please backup your data before sending your device for maintenance.
4) It is recommended that you bring along the POP when you are sending your device for
repair or maintenance service..
2.4.3. Commitment of maintenance
Accessories and/or spare parts of the device that are replaced in non-warranty repair will get a limited warranty period of 90 days from (a) the collection date of the device (in the case of collection from Honor Authorized Service Center by the customer) or (b) the date of the device is returned to the customer via post (in the case of postal repair service), as the case may be.
2.4.4. Non-Warranty Scope
1) Damage caused by transportation or loading and uploading during return replacement or
repair. Any modification, disassembly, or repair without HONOR’s authorization.
2) Product damage caused by accidental or man-made behavior “damage caused by the bad
usage”, such as liquid damage, falling, input unsuitable voltage, excessive extrusion,
main board deformation, etc. and other phenomena are also included, for example, the
power adapter is damaged, cracked, broken, or deformed, and the power cable is damaged,
broken or bare.
3) Product faults or damage due to improper installation, use, or maintenance, is
excluded from warranty coverage.
4) The product model or number on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with the
physical product, or the warranty certificate was altered.
5) The product nameplate, Serial Number “SN”, and warranty label are removed or damaged,
and cannot be identified.
6) There is no valid maintenance vouchers and valid invoices (excluding those that can
prove that the products are within the warranty period), or the warranty period has
expired.
7) Faults or damage caused by factors of Force Majeure such as fire, earthquake, and
flood, or similar events beyond the control of Honor are excluded from warranty
cover.
8) For those free gift HONOR Product will not entitle for warranty
9) The accessories, such as the protective film, protective cover, and protective case
that are not covered by warranty are specified during the purchase.
10) The accessories which are not belong to the original manufacturer.

3. Other terms and conditions
1) The preceding clauses are for HONOR products sold in Saudi Arabia.
2) HONOR is not responsible for any other commitments that are not guaranteed by HONOR,
like other commitments which are made by seller to customer.
3) Customers agree and provide consent to HONOR to the use of any personal data as
provided by the Customers for the purposes of the provision of the services by HONOR in
line with the applicable personal data protection laws and regulations, to the extent
that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful
purpose directly related to the provision of services by HONOR, including but not
limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any
administrative matters to facilitate the management and provision of the services by
HONOR.
4) By providing the personal data, Customers confirm that they had read, understood, and
agreed to be bound by HONOR’s Privacy Policy. Customers further agree that HONOR and/or
its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact them by telephone, email,
or such other method in connection with the provision of the services by HONOR.
5) By using the services provided by HONOR, Customers agree to be bound by the Terms and
Conditions hereinafter provided and HONOR’s decisions shall be final, and binding and no
correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the rights to add, amend
or vary these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice to the Customer.
6) This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia.
