Problem
SIM card slot is damaged.
Cause
You may find it difficult to eject the card tray due to the plastic sealing ring. If you attempt to tilt the eject pin and take out the card tray forcibly, the card tray will be damaged or broken.
Solution
- Insert the pin provided by HONOR vertically into the pinhole on the card tray. Do not apply the force obliquely or tilt the pin to take out the card tray.

- If your phone is new, plug the pin in and out repeatedly to check whether this problem is solved.
