Can't Receive SMS Messages on Phones

Can't Receive SMS Messages on Phones

Can't receive some SMS messages

  1. Check if Block unfamiliar messages is enabled in Blocked.

System Manager > Blocked > Message block rules > Block unfamiliar messages

  2. Check if a third-party app is blocking your texts.

Some apps designed for security or device management may automatically filter and block SMS messages. To ensure you're getting all your messages, please uninstall them. They usually have names like "XX Manager" or "XX Assistant".

  3. Check if you're missing messages specifically from iPhone users.

If you're only missing texts from iPhone users, it's likely that your phone number may still be linked to an Apple device, causing iPhone users to send you iMessages instead of regular texts. To resolve this issue, you'll need to unlink your phone number from the iMessage service. For a step-by-step guide, please visit Apple's official support page.
