Problems

Honor Band 6 failed to connect to Android 14 version mobile phone through Petal Health APP.

Solution

Please upgrade your bracelet to version 10.3.1.26 or above in time.

Upgrade method：

You need to use a non-Android 14 device and connect the Petal Health APP to detect and upgrade (Detection and upgrade path: After the watch is successfully connected to the Petal Health APP, go to the Petal Health APP>Device>Click on the connected device>Firmware Update>Check for updates.
