It may be possible that the network is unstable. Ensure that your device is connected to a stable network first. Then go to
to check for updates.Stay on the current page for a minute and return to home screen. If you see a dialog box pops up prompting you to update your system parameters, tap it to download and update. If no dialog box pops up, turn off your device, then unlock the screen to check if the parameters are updated successfully.
2 Clear cache for System update app
Open Settings, search for and open Apps, find Software update, and select ; then go to to check for updates.
Stay on the current page for a minute and return to home screen to check whether a dialog box pops up prompting you to update your system parameters. If yes, tap the dialog box to download and update the parameters. If no dialog box pops up, turn off your device, then unlock the screen to check if the parameters are updated successfully.
3 Try later when your device is offered the upgrade
To secure a smooth upgrade, the time when we offer the upgrade to the new version of system parameters may slightly differ among devices. If you still cannot receive upgrade notifications despite the above efforts, we recommend you wait until your device is ready. Thanks.
