How to add/remove a device

Add device:

 
  1. If your mobile phone works with an iOS system, enable the Bluetooth (Phone Settings > Bluetooth, connect a watch/bracelet) and then add the device as below.
  2. Before adding the device, please confirm whether HONOR Health supports managing your watch/band, please refer to What Devices Support HONOR Health?

Under HONOR Health > Device > Add device, your phone will automatically search for devices that can be connected. After selecting a specified device, follow the prompt to connect the device. If the connection fails, operate as follows: Device > > Scan. Scan the QR code of the wearable device for connection.

Note: Currently, a phone can only be connected to one wearable device at a time.

Remove device:

Operate as follows: Device > Connected Device > Remove Current Device. Then, the device is removed.

Note: This device removal operation will not affect the use of the device. However, the information of common contacts in your HONOR Health app will be cleared and not restored even after you re-connect the device. Therefore, please operate with care.
