Why cannot I download or use the HONOR Health app?

To use HONOR Health app, the following requirements should be met:

Android 9.0 and above
iOS 12.0 and above

You can download HONOR Health from Google Play/ HONOR App Market/ Apple App Store.

If your device meets the system requirements but still cannot download HONOR Health, please contact us by calling the hotline of HONOR customer service.
