Problem
The watch prompts me to enter the password.
Cause
Check whether the watch version and Sports & Health app are the latest. If not, upgrade them to the latest versions.
- Detach the watch and wear it again to check whether the watch prompts you to enter the password.
The watch locks after you detach it. You must enter the password to access the watch screen after you wear it again.
- Check whether the watch is upgrading or restarting.
