Problem

When the Do Not Disturb/Silent mode is enabled on the phone, the watch will still ring to notify of incoming calls or notifications.

Cause

The phone's Do Not Disturb mode cannot be synchronized to the watch.

Solution

You can swipe up or down on the home screen of your watch to view the shortcut menu and enable the Do Not Disturb mode. Then, your watch will not ring or vibrate to notify you.

The Do Not Disturb mode enabled in the shortcut menu means do-not-disturb throughout the day. Alternatively, you can schedule a period for this mode by going to Settings > Do Not Disturb > Schedule a Period.
