Problem
The user finds that the Bluetooth icon in the bottom-right corner disappears during use and there is a yellow exclamation mark displayed on the Bluetooth driver. In this case, the user cannot use Bluetooth.
Cause
This happens because the Bluetooth driver is faulty, resulting in the Bluetooth driver disappearing.
Solution
Close the lid of the computer, then open the lid again and check if this issue persists.
Update the Bluetooth driver in PC Manager or visit the official Honor website to download the Bluetooth driver and check whether this issue has been resolved.
Restart your computer and see if this issue persists.
If this cannot resolve this issue, press and hold F10 during startup to restore the computer to its factory settings.
If the issue persists, back up your data and bring your computer and proof of purchase to the nearest Honor Service Center for assistance.
Press and hold F10 during startup, and follow the onscreen instructions to restore your computer to its factory settings. Please note that the F10 system restore function is not available on Honor computers (US edition).
Please note that restoring the computer to its factory settings will clear all data on the C drive, including personal files downloaded to the Desktop, Downloads, and Documents. Please back up any important data on the C drive before starting.
