What should I do if I forget my HONOR ID?

(1) You can tap Forgot password on the HONOR ID login page and enter the phone number/email address you may have used.

(2) If you see the message "This account is invalid or not supported", it means that the provided information hasn’t been used to register for an account yet. If you can enter the next screen, this means that the account has been registered. Follow the prompts to reset your password and then log in again.

If the above solution cannot solve the problem, please contact HONOR Customer Service.
