Only one SIM is displayed in Dialer when making an emergency call on my dual-SIM phone

Problem:

Only one calling SIM is displayed in Dialer when the user makes an emergency call on a phone installed with two SIM cards.

Cause:

To simplify calling operations during an emergency, only the primary SIM card (the one selected as the Default mobile data card) will be displayed in Dialer.

Solution:

You can set the other SIM card as the primary SIM card for making an emergency call.
To do so, open Settings, search for Dual SIM settings, and set the other SIM card as Default mobile data.
Alternatively, disable the other SIM card and only use the SIM card you want to use for making an emergency call.
Open Settings, search for Dual SIM settings, and disable the SIM card you don't need.
