1.What is the screen protection service
During normal use of the product, if the screen is damaged or cracked due to accidental collision, accidental drop, or accidental crush, you can enjoy the screen repair service once without paying for spare parts, but only expend service fee.
Note: Your device must have been purchased from www.honor.com/uk only.
2.What is the validity period of HONOR screen protection service and how to calculate it?
The period starts from the day you purchase/obtain the HONOR Screen Protection Service (according to the purchase invoice), terminates at 24:00 on the expiration date (one year/six months/three months, subject to the applicable valid period).
3. Can I still use the manufacturer's warranty after a repair has been carried out using the screen protection service?
You could still enjoy the remaining warranty period if the screen were damaged and there were no other faults.
However, if the product has been privately disassembled, repaired, liquidized, bent, or deformed, you will not be able to continue to use the original manufacturer’s warranty service.
