2. How is the trade-in value determined?
Trade-in value is determined according to the valuation in second-hand markets and the condition of your smartphone.
3. Do you accept damaged or broken products?
We accept damaged, broken, non-functional products, but it must have value on the site.
If after answering the questions on the site, the product is taken back at £0, then we will not take it back. We invite you to recycle this product directly in recycling.
4. How long is the price of my trade-in valid?
The trade-in price is valid for 15 days, in accordance with the general conditions of purchase, which you accept when you validate the trade-in.
If the phone is not sent within 15 days, the trade-in price can no longer be guaranteed and it may be re-evaluated in the workshops.
Rest assured, you will always be informed by email if there is a readjustment of the amount of the recovery.
