The collected personal data is in line with the questions asked and is only linked to your HONOR ID but not to your personal details.

The personal data includes and refers to:

● Smartphone purchase journey details: e.g., model used, motivations, information channel, considerations, and purchase channel.

● Smartphone user experience: e.g., overall satisfaction, pain points, smartphone usage behavior, and improvement suggestions.

● Software user experience: e.g., satisfaction levels, challenges, and suggestions for enhancement.

● Optional personal information: e.g., gender, age, work, income.

2. How Do We Use Your Data?

We collect your personal data through this Questionnaire to analyze your experience with HONOR products and software. The analyzed data is strictly utilized for business analysis and enhancing user experience for HONOR smartphones and software.

3. How Do We Store Your Data?

Honor is committed to upholding applicable regulatory frameworks and collaborates to safeguard your data within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK). All data processing hereunder occurs in our data centers located in Frankfurt, Germany, and no data is transferred outside of this region. Furthermore, all data transfers are encrypted using robust security measures.

Personal data collected will be retained for 1-year post-collection, unless objections arise. After the retention period, data will be deleted or pseudonymized, unless legal requirements dictate otherwise.

4. How Do We Share Your Data?

Your personal data is stored in the EU/UK. In order to successfully conduct business analysis, we may entrust HONOR affiliates in the EU/UK to process your personal information. We ensure that the same level of data protection rights apply when sharing your data with our affiliates in the EU as well in the UK.
