Conditions of Participation for
"Leave a Review and Get HONOR Pad X9 at One Pound" Event

1. Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use(https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organizer”).

3. ELIGIBILITY AND PERFORMANCE

3.1 This event will run from 00:01 1st July, 2023 to 23:59 30th September, 2023 (“Review & Win Period”). Two (2) units of HONOR Pad X9 (“Prizes”) will be awarded to winners under this event. The winner will be able to purchase the HONOR Pad X9 for £1 with a voucher issued by organizer.

3.2 By leaving a review for HONOR 90 Lite or HONOR 90 page on www.honor.com/uk/ (“HIHONOR Website”) during the Review & Win Period, the participant has a chance to get HONOR Pad X9 at one pound(£1).

3.3 To participate in the event, participants must:

(a) Have a registered HIHONOR account and must login to their accounts on HIHONOR Website;

(b) Complete a purchase of HONOR 90 Lite or HONOR 90 on HIHONOR Website;

(c) Submit a review about detailed description(at least 15 words) of the performance, features, and use experience of the product purchased on the corresponding product page and send the screenshot to Live Chat specialists;

(d)Each review will qualify as one (1) entry for this event;

(e)Each customer will be entitled to maximum one (1) entry only for this event;

(f)Winners of the Prizes will be selected by HONOR subject to the conditions of this event. Decisions of HONOR are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

3.4 Submission of irrelevant contents are considered invalid.

3.5 Two participants will be selected by a random computer process, one from reviewing HONOR 90 Lite and the others from reviewing HONOR 90.

3.6 Each customer with the same account registered on HIHONOR UK Website will stand a chance to win maximum one (1) unit of Prize throughout the Review & Win Period.

3.7 Winners of the Prizes will be contacted via email or phone number (SMS) (as registered with HIHONOR UK Website) by 9th October 2023. All “Review & Win Period” Prizes are not exchangeable for cash and/or other items, and they are non-transferable.

3.8 All Prizes are subject to availability and HONOR reserves the right to substitute the Review & Win Prizes with another gift of the equivalent value.

3.9 This Review & Win event is only applicable for the purchase made on HIHONOR UK Website.

3.10 All Prizes will be given as a voucher and the winner can use the voucher to make a purchase on HIHONOR UK Website (free shipping)， Please note that the winner must pay £1 in this purchase for accounting purpose.

4. Voucher Terms

4.1 The vouchers can only be used for ordering or prize redemption at HIHONOR UK Website and are subject to the following terms:

4.2 The winners will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

4.3 Prizes and products are subject to availability. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

4.4 Compensation of the prizes in cash, their exchange, or their transfer to other persons are excluded.

4.5 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. The Prizes and products are not for resale, have no cash value and cash redemption value, and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

4.6 In the Review & Win Event, the voucher code for HONOR Pad X9 is valid until and including 31st October 2023.

5. LIABILITY

HONOR assumes no liability within the legal limits for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays.

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, or in other cases where fraud, abuse and/or a (human or technical) error affects or could affect the proper conduct of this Campaign or the awarding of prizes, we reserve the right to cancel or amend these Terms at any time, but will endeavour to minimise the impact on participants in order to avoid unnecessary disappointment.

6. Data Protection

By submitting an entry, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organizer as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of competition administration and prize fulfilment. Your personal data will be retained for 2 years from the end of the Competition. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. Personal information collected by the Organizer is subject to the Organizer’s Privacy Statement

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 The Organizer’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organizer, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the competition are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.
