Terms and Conditions of Participation for
“Be one of the first 100 and receive £30 cashback” Promotion

1. Scope of Application

1.1 By taking part in the “Be one of the first 100 and receive £30 cashback” event (hereinafter referred to as “Promotion” or “Activity”, or “Event”), the participant accepts these terms and conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the HONOR Platform Terms of Use (agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable terms of use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organizer

The organizer of this Promotion is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd an company duly incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with its registered office at Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, Berkshire, United Kingdom, RG2 6UU and company number 13152943(hereinafter, “we”, “our” or “HONOR”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The event opens to all persons who, at the date of entry, are

(1) Legally permitted to make a purchase of the HONOR 200 Pro in our Store https://www.honor.com/uk/ or the MyHONORApp;

(2) resident in UK.

3.2 Employees of the Organizer and its affiliates, their family members and employees of any collaborating partners who are or have been involved in the creation or implementation of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.

3.3 Joint submissions are not allowed.

4. Participation

4.1 This Promotion will run from 12 June 2024 to 12 July 2024 (“Purchase & Win Period”) via our online store Pre-order HONOR 200 Pro | Price & Offer | HONOR UK.

4.2 To participate in this activity, the participant must

(1) Purchase the HONOR 200 Pro and, following

(2) Comment on the ordered HONOR 200 Pro. [Insert where needs to be commeted]

4.3 Both purchase and leaving a comment must be completed within the Purchase & Win Period.

4.4 Participants who withdraw from the purchase or revoke their comment will be disqualified from the event.

4.5 Each order can be reviewed and entered once. If you have purchased more than one HONOR 200 Pro, you will be eligible for one entry per order.

4.6 Participation containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and returned by the Organizer.

5. Prize

5.1 £30 will be transferred back to the first 100 participants based on the time of their review.

5.2 The final 100 winners will be informed by our customer service team via email or phone between 15 July 2024 to 20 July 2024.

5.3 The Prize will be transferred directly to the bank account used to pay for HONOR 200 Pro.

5.4 The bank transfer will be issued on 21 July 2024.

6. Extra Prize Terms

6.1 The winner(s) will be responsible for any taxes or charges incurred in claiming the prize.

6.2 The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control make it necessary to do so.

6.3 The Organizer does not accept any responsibility if participants are not able to take up the prize.

7. Liability

7.1 The Organizer assumes no liability within the legal limits for deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions, viruses or delays that is beyond its reasonable control.

7.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Organizer, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Organizer, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By participating in this Promotion, HONOR will collect your information including your email account, phone number and bank account from your purchase order.

8.2 All the winners will be announced on the Promotion website using the email address provided in anonymised form (e.g. 123***@gmail.com).

8.3 Your data will be stored in the UK and processed by us, as the data controller, and our authorised representatives only for the purposes of running the promotion and awarding the prizes.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

9.2 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the event are governed by England and Wales law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.

9.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

9.4 The Organizer reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend these terms where it becomes necessary to do so.
