Background: HONOR UK will release the giveaway activity during the MWC YouTube live-streaming event on 27th February, when the presenter introduces the HONOR Magic5 Pro.

Conditions of Participation
for the “HONOR UK MWC Giveaway” Activity

Scope of application

1.1 By taking part in the giveaway activity, the participant accepts these conditions.

1.2 Participants shall comply with the Honor Platform Terms of Use (https://agreement.itsec.honor.com/asm/agrFile/getHtmlFile?agrNo=1025&country=gb&branchId=0&langCode=en-gb) for user submissions and/or uploads. Submissions that violate the applicable Terms of Use or guidelines shall be disqualified.

2. Organiser

2.1 The Organiser of the giveaway activity is Honor Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd, Landmark Office Space, 450 Brook Drive, Green Park, Reading, RG2 6UU (herein: “Organiser”).

3. Eligibility for Participation

3.1 The giveaway activity is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the United Kingdom.

3.2 The Organiser’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the giveaway activity, are excluded from participation.

4. Participation

4.1 Participation in the giveaway activity is free of charges and fees and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

4.2 The giveaway activity starts on 27th February 2023. The deadline for entries is 31st March 2023 (“Entry Period”). Submissions received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4.3 Submissions containing any defamatory, obscene, illegal, or any other unsuitable material will be disqualified and withdrawn by the participant.

4.4 The Organiser accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost, or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

4.5 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these Conditions of Participation, tampers with the giveaway activity, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner will be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 5.

5. Events, Prizes and Notification of Winners

There will be 6 winners selected from certain pool of participants respectively on the 10th of April, and corresponding prizes will be awarded. Please refer to the below table for details:

a) The winners will be selected at random by computer process, which will take place respectively on 10th April 2023.

b) The winners will be notified on YouTube/Twitter accounts, via the direct message within 48 hours after the end of the prize draw.

c) HONOR Earbuds 3 Pro will be shipped out via delivery with 5 working days once recipient provided correct contact information successfully. HONOR Magic5 Pro will be shipped out from 30th April.

6. Data Protection

By submitting an entry, participants will provide their personal information which will be processed by the Organiser as data controller and its authorized agents for the purposes of giveaway activity administration and prize fulfilment. Your personal data will be retained for 6 years from the end of the Giveaway activity. You may exercise your rights as established in the Privacy Statement. 7. Miscellaneous

7.1 The Organiser’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Organiser, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3 If any provision of these Conditions of Participation is held invalid by any law, rule, command, or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.4 All legal relationships arising because or in connection with these conditions and the giveaway activity are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Mandatory laws of the participant’s resident country explicitly apply.
