Terms and Conditions about HONOR Point

1. What are the HONOR Points?

The HONOR Points are the rewards provided by HONOR TECHNOLOGIES (UK) CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “HONOR” or “us”) to users (those who register and log in to the HONOR Account, hereinafter referred to as "users") that shop, participate in activities, and complete tasks in My HONOR App (United Kingdom) or www.honor.com/uk. Honor Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used outside of the Official HONOR Online Store.

2. How to get the HONOR Points?

(1) By buying products

Users can get points when they purchase products fully paid on the HONOR platforms. The details are as follows:

(i) Shopping entrance: Users can earn points only by shopping in My HONOR App or www.honor.com/uk.

(ii) Points-based products: Users must purchase HONOR brand products to earn points.

(iii) Points quantity: HONOR Point rewarded according to the amount paid which excluding shipping fee ( £1= 1 HONOR Point). Rounding value of the HONOR Point will be given if the case of the amount paid in decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is £99.4 , users will get 99 points. If the actual payment amount is £99.5, users will get 100 points. If a single order contains different types of products, the points will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of any HONOR product (excluding Services and HONOR Care Products).

(iv) Issuance of Points: HONOR Points will be issued to the HONOR Account after the order is completed (when the order has been displayed as completed and not involved in the return procedure, usually 15 days ). Users can check the HONOR Points in My Account on Hihonor or Me on My HONOR App.

(2) By participating in activities

Users can get points when they participate in designated activities. The details are as follows:

(i) Comments: users can earn 10 HONOR Points by leaving comments within three working days after completing each order on HONOR platform. The number of words should not be less than 10 characters. Users can earn points by commenting on different products multiple times in one purchase order.

(ii) Registration: After registering and logging in My HONOR App or www.honor.com/uk, users can get 20 points when they log in to the HONOR Account for the first time.

(iii) Sharing: Users can get points for by click the share icon to share a product link or activity link of www.honor.com/uk to social media such as Facebook, Telegram, Twitter and WhatsApp. Users can get 2 point for each share, and the daily score limit is 5 points. Please note that simply copying the link or press Copy Link will not earn points.

(iv) Referral Program:

a) Users can invite other users to purchase products on this site through the links to shared products on this site www.honor.com/uk or links to some of the activity pages, and after the order is successfully signed and completed, the sharer will receive rebate points. If the user purchases the goods by himself through his own sharing link, it is regarded as invalid promotion and will not get rebate points.

b) Rebate points calculation: The rebate points received by the sharer = the actual amount paid by the invited user for the purchase of goods (excluding O2O goods and virtual goods) *5, where the actual amount paid does not include shipping costs and preferential discounts such as coupons and points.

Example 1: Invited user's order amount is £100, using £10 coupon and 500 points, the final order actually paid £85 (including £5 shipping cost), then the sharer gets points for the order: 80*5=400 points;

Example 2: Invited user's order amount is £200 in total, including £100 for HONOR CARE service products, then the sharer gets points for the order: 100*5=500 points.

c) Validity limit: The invited user must purchase the products of this site within 7 days after clicking the sharing link in order to be considered as a valid share and generate the corresponding rebate points. If the invited user does not complete the purchase within 7 days, the sharing link will not generate points.

d) Link Priority: If the invited user visits the site through multiple sharing links and successfully purchases and signs for the product, the last visited sharing link is considered a valid link and will only generate rebate points for the sharer it belongs to. The sharers of other sharing links will not receive the corresponding rebate points.

Example 1: Both sharer A and sharer B share the Honor 70 product link to sharer C. C first clicks on A's link and then clicks on B's link to view and place a purchase, after the order is completed, the share points rebate goes to sharer B;

Example 2: When the shareholder A shares the HONOR 70 product link to the receiver C, and the shareholder B shares the HONOR Band 7 product link to the receiver C, C first clicks on A's link and then clicks on B's link to view and purchase the HONOR 70 and HONOR Band 7, and after the order is completed, the share points earned from the HONOR 70 and HONOR Band 7 go to the shareholder B. point rebate for both HONOR 70 and HONOR Band 7 goes to sharer B;

Example 3: When the shareholder A shares the HONOR 70 product link to the receiver C, and the shareholder B shares the HONOR Band 7 product link to the receiver C, C first clicks on A's link to view and purchase the HONOR 70, and then clicks on B's link to view and purchase the HONOR Band 7, after the order of the two products is completed, the sharing points of HONOR 70 goes to the shareholder A, and the sharing points of HONOR Band 7 goes to the shareholder B. After the order of both products is completed, the sharing rebate of HONOR 70 goes to sharer A, and the sharing rebate of HONOR Band 7 goes to sharer B.

e) How rebate points are issued: The rebate points earned by the sharer will be automatically issued to the sharer's account 1 business day after the invited user's order is completed (the user successfully signs for the product and no return refund), and the status of the points issued will be displayed in the rebate details list.

f) Reward distribution: All rewards of this activity are distributed in the form of rebate points, which can be used for shopping or exchanging for other rewards on this site, but cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

g) Regional restrictions: This activity is limited to users who purchase and order signed and completed in the U.K. site to generate points, if the invited user purchases products with a delivery address located in a country or region not supported by this site, or the site where the products are purchased is not our U.K. site, no rebate points will be generated.

(v) By participating in other activities on HONOR platform, users can also earn corresponding points. For details, please refer to the detailed rules of each activity.

3. How to use the points?

HONOR Points can be used to get discount in purchase or redeem coupons and gifts.

Get discount: When you purchase goods in My HONOR App (United Kingdom) or www.honor.com/uk, you can use the points directly to deduct part of the total amount. Every 100 points can be used as £1. The deductible amount is no more than 5% of the total order.

4. How long are the points valid for?

The points you get (except collecting from registering and logging in) will expire at the end of the next calendar year if not used (for example, if you earn Points on January 15, 2022, and never use them, your points will expire on December 31, 2023). HONOR Points received by registering and logging in are valid for 365 days from the date of collection. If the user cancels the HONOR Account, the earned points will be cleared and invalidated. Invalid points cannot be recalled at anytime.

Activity Rules for Distributing HONOR Store Points to Regular Users

Regular users of HONOR Store United Kingdom are defined as individual users who have registered and used the HONOR IDs in the official HONOR Store of the United Kingdom or on the My HONOR App (United Kingdom site) to successfully place, pay and confirm orders from October 1, 2021 to September 19, 2023, excluding tourists and users who logged in with their Google accounts.

Activity rules:

1. HONOR Points will be distributed in a 1:1 ratio based on the historical order amount. You can use your HONOR ID to log in to My Account on the HONOR Store or the My HONOR App after 00:00 on September 26, 2023 to check the points.

2. The specific points distributed to a regular user are based on the amount of orders successfully placed, paid, and confirmed by the user using the HONOR ID from October 1, 2021 to September 19, 2023. points will not be distributed for orders that are placed but not paid, or orders that have been refunded after payment, or products that have been returned and refunded after receipt during this period.

3. These points for regular users will be distributed on September 25, 2023, and valid from September 26, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

Q&A

1. Can Honor Points Be Transferred to Other Users?

Points can only be used within the corresponding account and cannot be redeemed to cash, sold, or transferred. If a user cancels his/her HONOR account, the points earned by that account will be cleared and invalidated.

2. I am a regular user of the HONOR Store United Kingdom and have purchased products on the HONOR Store, but I have not received the bonus points. What should I do?

First, please check whether you meet the conditions of this activity. In this activity, we distribute points to individual users who have registered and used the HONOR IDs in the official HONOR Store of the United Kingdom or on the My HONOR App (United Kingdom site) to successfully place, pay and confirm orders from October 1, 2021 to September 19, 2023, excluding tourists and users who logged in using Google accounts.

If you purchased products as a tourist without logging in, or using another account (such as the Google account), you are not qualified to receive the points distributed in this activity.

If your HONOR ID was not registered in the HONOR Store of the United Kingdom but you purchased products from the HONOR Store of the United Kingdom, you are not qualified to receive the points distributed in this activity either.

3. I Am Sure That I Meet the Conditions of This Activity, but My Account Has Not Received Any Points. What Should I Do?

If you can confirm that you meet the conditions, please contact the HONOR customer service center before October 31, 2023. Please provide your HONOR ID and a screenshot of the order details purchased at the HONOR Store of the United Kingdom. We will verify the information and distribute the points before November 10.

4. I Have the Club Points. Are These Points the Same as the Honor Points?

No. The Club Points are different from the HONOR Points, and cannot be used as cash during shopping. For details about how to earn HONOR Points, see the related points rules.
