Terms and conditions for the
“Win HONOR £1,000 voucher and trip for two to Germany ”

1. The Promoter

1.1 The Promoter is: HONOR Technologies (UK) Co., Ltd (herein referred to as the “Promoter”).

2. The Contest

2.1 The title of this contest is "HONOR Magic V3 prize draw".

2.2 The Contest will run from 09:30 on 12th July 2024 to 23:59 on 12th.Augest.2024.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, Participants shall submit their email address to register their interest in the HONOR Magic V3 via the following page on HONOR.com: https://www.honor.com/uk/shop/new-launch/. Any entry in any other location shall not be qualified for this Contest.

3.2 Participation in this Content is free of charges and/or fees, and does not require the purchase of goods and/or services.

3.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that are lost or delayed for any reason.

3.4 By entering, participants agree to adhere to these official terms and conditions.

4. Eligibility for Participation

4.1 The Contest is open to all persons who, at the date of entry, are (1) aged 18 years or over; and (2) who are resident in the UK.

4.2 The Promoter’s employees, their immediate family members, and employees of cooperation partners who are or were involved in creating or implementing the Contest, are excluded from participation.

4.3 Participation is only possible on one’s own behalf and joint submissions are not allowed. There is a restriction on one entry per person per contest. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same email account, the first entry only will be accepted.

4.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries to the prize draw or for any malfunctions or failures in the software that has been designed to maintain the participant’s details.

4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude a participant who violates these conditions, tampers with the Contest, or makes false representations or statements that violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights. If a participant is excluded, prizes and benefits may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed. In this case, a new winner may be determined pursuant to the procedure in section 6.1 to 6.4.

5. The Prize

5.1 £1000 voucher for the purchase of HONOR Magic V3 on our online store HONOR United Kingdom., the winners will be 10. The £1000 voucher will be drawn on the 10th of August and the voucher will be emailed to the winner on the 10th of August and will be valid from the 10th of August until the 30th of September.

5.2 The Prize is a trip for two to Germany for the duration of 04.09.2024 until 06.09.2024. The prize package includes:

• Economy class return flights for the winner and one guest from the UK to Germany.

• Two nights’ accommodation in a 4-star hotel in Germany (a double or twin room).

• Further details and any additional inclusions will be communicated directly to the Winner.

5.3 The Prize will be sent by the Promoter via email and/or post to the address provided by the Winner. The postal address must be in the UK. The winner shall promptly confirm receipt of the prize package to the Promoter.

5.4The Winner and their guest must be available to travel on the specified dates and hold valid travel documents.

5.5 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Acceptance

6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.2 The Winner will be notified via email within 48 hours after deadline and hereby give his/her consent to the disclosure of his/her name on HONOR’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

6.3 The Winner must accept the prize within 72 hours after receiving notification of the prize. If the winner fails to accept his/her prize within this period, his/her prize shall be forfeited and a new Winner will be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Contest.

7.2 In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or technical) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions at any stage but will endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

7.3 If any provision of these official terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

7.4 All legal relationships arising because of or in connection with these terms and conditions and the Contest are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the place of jurisdiction is England.

8. Data Protection

8.1 By entering your email address, participants agree to receive the latest offers and information on HONOR products, events and services from HONOR.

8.2 By entering, participants also agree to provide their personal information which will be used and disclosed by the Promoter and its authorised agents for the purposes of contest administration and prize fulfilment. Personal information collected by the Promoter is subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Statement.

8.3 Participants can unsubscribe at any time after the Contest has ended.
