Prof. Franz Kraus
Born 1947, directed ARRI during his tenure of more than 30 years from a precision mechanical to a digital company with world-class products like the ALEXA Camera line. Under his leadership ARRI received 9 Awards from A.M.P.A.S. As Co-Producer he was involved in 19 German Motion Picture Films. After retiring from the ARRI executive board Mr. Kraus advices scientific Institutions and serves as head of the Cinematography department at the Munich HFF film school. In 2011 Mr. Kraus received an Oscar statuette for the design of the ARRILASER film recorder. He is member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (A.M.P.A.S.), the American Society of Cinematographers (ASC) and the German Society of Cinematographers (BVK).
Yan Zhigang
With more than 30 years of professional photography experience, Yan Zhigang went all the way through the golden times of paper media, portals, and the Internet as a photographer, editor, and curator. He specializes in documentary, portrait, and street photography, and also focuses on leveraging the Internet to spread photography know-how. His photography views are often seen in China's professional media and on the Internet. In 2020, he established the YANSELF Photography Club and created the photography brand "STREETSNAP CHINA", boasting a 5 billion-plus traffic in the entire network.

Zhao Yingxin
President of China Photo Press, Vice-President of China Women Photographers Association, member and Secretary-General of the Documentary Committee under the China Photographers Association (CPA), expert member of the Plastic Arts Committee under the China Literature and Art Critics Association, deputy leader of Olympic photography team under the CPA, advanced worker of Olympic photography, first female press photographer stationed abroad; winner of Golden Eye Award presented by China Photojournalists Society; first Top Ten contemporary sports photographers of China; first female director of photography operations in Olympic history; national leading talents in press and publication. Served as a judge of the 18th China International Photographic Art Exhibition and the 14th Golden Statue Award for China Photography held by the CPA.

Professional photographer with several recognitions and awards. He has been published in different media, including Time Out Mexico, Proceso, Televisa, TV Azteca, Forbes, El Heraldo, among others. He has taught courses, classes, workshops, conferences, and keynote exhibitions at various institutions around Mexico, including UNAM, Anahuac University, UVM, Franz Mayer Museum, CANACO, and AT&T. He was considered among the 100 most creative Mexicans of 2021 by Forbes magazine.

Wildlife Photographer
Laurent has been observing the wild world through his lens for over 20 years. In 2009, he publishes a first seminal work resulting from his African work: "Land of Lions" then "Ivory & Ebony" which will follow in 2011. In 2013, he became a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations Environment Program and participated in the anti-poaching campaign Wild & Precious.

Ale Megale
Born in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil in 1982. While at the University he met Rui Cesar do Santos, who has been his photography mentor ever since. He worked as a technician at the University photo lab and, at the same time, assisted at one of the biggest photo studios in Brazil, Lumini. Soon after, he came to Spain where he worked as a retoucher and as a photographer. Nowadays, he acts as both a university professor and a professional photographer specialized in editorial photography. He has won several LUX prizes and is an inspiration for his students.

Nigel Atherton
Photographer and journalist. Magazine editor.
Nigel Atherton studied photography at Plymouth College of Art & Design and the University of Westminster, and worked as a photographer for 10 years, including spending 7 years as a cruise ship photographer, before joining Amateur Photographer magazine in 1994. Nigel became editor of What Digital Camera in 2002, and Amateur Photographer in 2013. He has also written and edited several books on photography.
