HONOR Magic7 Pro Series CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This HONOR Magic7 Pro Series Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 2nd January 2025 10:00 AM (GMT+8) to 8th January 2025 23:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). TeleChoice International Limited (hereinafter known as “TCI”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism
1.Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:

(i) individual(s) residing in Singapore; and

(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 2nd January 2025.

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following Six (6) events:

(a) Early Bird Special (20 SGD Deposit)

(i) The Early Bird Special (20 SGD Deposit) event (“Early Bird Special Event”) will run from 2nd January 2025 00:00AM (GMT+8) to 8th January 2025 23:59PM (GMT +8) (“Early Bird Special Period”).

(ii) After paying 20 SGD deposit, Customer(s) are required to complete the purchase transaction of HONOR Magic7 Pro within the early bird special period stipulated below. Upon completing the purchase, Customer(s) will receive the following exclusive gifts:

(iii) Customer(s) who paid the Deposit will enjoy deposit rebate below (“Deposit Rebate”) when purchasing HONOR Magic7 Pro during the Early Bird Special Period.

*The 100 SGD Rebate above is inclusive of the 20 SGD deposit paid.

(iv) To get the Deposit Rebate and exclusive gifts, Customer(s) have fulfilled all the criteria below:

(a) Customer(s) must pay 20 SGD deposit and the balance amount as well as completing the purchase transaction of HONOR Magic7 Pro in any manner below:  Customer must pay balance for HONOR Magic7 Pro from 9th January 2025 3:00PM (GMT+8) to 16th January 2025 23:59PM (GMT +8).

(vi) The Deposit is not refundable and cannot be used for any models or products other than for the purchase of HONOR Magic7 Pro.

(vii) The purchase terms and conditions and free gifts under this event may vary from different channels, kindly refer to the relevant stores for the applicable purchase terms and conditions before placing your order.

(viii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in HONOR’s Warranty Policy. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Campaign Period that come with the 1 Year Extended Warranty or 365-day Screen Crack Replacement.

(ix) Customer(s) shall check on TCI Website (HONOR’s Warranty Policy) for any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(x) All free gifts are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR, except for the following:
• HONOR Watch 5 is covered by 1 year HONOR standard warranty
• HONOR SuperCharge Wireless Charger Stand is covered by 6 months HONOR standard warranty

(xi) All free gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(xii) HONOR reserves the rights to change and/or replace any free gifts with another free gifts of the similar value.

Early Access Privilege:

(i) Online: The delivery of HONOR Magic7 Pro that purchased from HONOR official online stores such as Shopee, Lazada and Tiktok Shop subject to the full payment made of the recommended retail price from 9 January 2025. The product needs at least 3 working days for delivery arrangement. T&C subject to the specific online platform.

(ii) Offline: The collection of HONOR Magic7 Pro at selected retail stores subject to the full payment made of the recommended retail price on 9 January 2025. T&C subject to the selected retail stores. (refer Appendix A)
