Repair Service FAQ

1. What is the process for free postal repair?

1) Apply for postal repairs on the My HONOR App and fill in the application information
2) Please read term & condition then Submit it
3) Please make sure the safe package for your device before the courier collect
4) Logistics courier will contact you to collect products for repair
5) When repair is completed, Device will return back to your location

2. What is the warranty policy?

1) For out of Warranty repair, HONOR Authorized Service Center will send a quotation to customer via email or call to confirm the quotation. If customer reject the quotation or service center cannot get the touch in 5days, service center will return back to your location
2) In Warranty repair (Still in Warranty and no physical damage found) Repair will be completed in free of charge

3. What is a quotation of Out-of-Warranty?

If your device is out of warranty, you will receive a quotation, you can view the Warranty policy at https://www.honor.com/sa-en/support/warranty-policy/ Once payment is done for the quotation , please reply to the email address from which you received the quotation or calling back to the service center, and attach proof of payment and then the repairs will commence.

4. When is the collection time?

Please note that collections occur from Saturday to Thursday between 8:00 and 17:00 except public holidays and weekends, kindly note that the date you provide us is just for booking purpose, it does not necessarily mean that SMSA couriers will come as requested, turnaround time is 24 to 72 business hours (calculated time from creation of logistics order and depending on the collection area. )

5. How long will the repair take?

The repair time depends on the time the service request was done in normal circumstances it takes about 7-10 working days.

7. Important precautions to remind users of relevant precautions after creating the postal repair order?

1) Data backup.
2) Turn on repair mode, turn off "Find My Phone" (if involved).
3) Disable the screen lock password.
4) Wrap and pack the device in a box.
