If your tablet does not respond when a charger is connected
Make sure you use the standard charger to charge your tablet. If your tablet does not show a charging icon in the status bar and on the lock screen, or the indicator light is off, first clean your tablet's charging port and the cable's USB connector and try again. If the issue persists, use a different charger (if available) and check if your tablet can charge.
Note that if your tablet has been left unused for a long time or powered off due to an empty battery, it will take some time for the battery to gain enough energy to power on the tablet. Wait for at least 30 minutes and check whether the issue is resolved.
If your tablet can be charged properly with a different charger, the issue is with your charger or USB cable. Take the charger, cable, and proof of purchase to an authorized Honor Customer Service Center for assistance.
