Cause:
This may occur because Simple layout or Simple view has been enabled. In that mode, contacts' profile picture, company, position, and IM account information are hidden.
Solution:
Disable Simple layout/Simple view by doing the following:
- Go to Contacts >
> Settings > Display preferences > Simple view, and disable Simple view.
