About HONOR Points

1. What are HONOR Points?

HONOR Points are rewards given by HONOR (Saudi Arabia) (hereinafter referred to as “HONOR” or “us”) to users (those who register and log in to the HONOR Account, hereinafter referred to as "users") who have placed order, participated in activities, or completed tasks in My HONOR App www.honor.com/sa-en/ and www.honor.com/sa-ar/.

2. How to get the HONOR Points?

（1）By purchasing HONOR products

Users can get HONOR Points when they purchase HONOR products (excluding services and HONOR Care products) on the HONOR platforms after full payment has been made. The details are as follows:

(i) Eligible shopping platform: Users are eligible to earn HONOR Points by making purchase through My HONOR App, www.honor.com/sa-en/ and www.honor.com/sa-ar/.

(ii) Points-based products: Users must purchase HONOR products (excluding services and HONOR Care products) to earn HONOR Points.

(iii) Points quantity: HONOR points will be rewarded according to the amount paid by the users (SAR1 = 1 HONOR Point) excluding shipping fee, if any. HONOR Points given will be rounded to the nearest value in decimal. For example, if the actual payment amount is SAR99.4, users will get 99 points. If the actual payment amount is SAR99.5, users will get 100 points. If a single order contains different types of products, the points will be calculated based on the actual payment amount of any HONOR product (excluding services and HONOR Care products).

iv) Reward distribution: All rewards of this activity are distributed in the form of rebate points, which can be used for shopping or exchanging for other rewards on this site, but cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

v) Regional restrictions: This activity is limited to users who purchase and order signed and completed in the Saudi Arabian site to generate points, if the invited user purchases products with a delivery address located in a country or region not supported by this site, or the site where the products are purchased is not a Saudi Arabian site, no rebate points will be generated.

(v) Issuance of HONOR Points: HONOR Points will be credited to the user’s HONOR account after the order is completed (when the order has been displayed as completed and not involved in the return procedure). Users can check HONOR Points in their HONOR account under “Personal Center”.

（2）By participating in activities

By participating in other activities on HONOR platform, users can also earn corresponding points. For details, please refer to the detailed rules of each activity.

3. How to use HONOR Points?

HONOR Points can be used to offset cash, get lucky draws, redeem coupons or gifts.

Offsetting cash: When you purchase products through My HONOR App, www.honor.com/sa-en/ and www.honor.com/sa-ar/ you can use HONOR Points directly to deduct part of the total amount. Every 100 HONOR Points is equivalent to SAR 1 in value. The amount deducted from the HONOR Points cannot be more than 50% of the total amount under the same order.

4. How long are HONOR Points valid for?

All unused HONOR Points (except those collecting from account registration and account log in) will expire at the end of the next calendar year (for example, if you earn the HONOR Points on January 15, 2022, the HONOR Points will be expired on December 31, 2023). HONOR Points collected from account registration and account log in are valid for 365 days from the date of collection. If the user cancels or delete his/her HONOR Account, the HONOR Points earned will be forfeited.

Q&A

1. What can I use the points for?

Points can be used as cash during shopping, or used to participate in lucky draws, or redeem coupons and gifts. When you are shopping on My HONOR and HONOR Store (Web/WAP), you can use points to offset a portion of the order amount. Every 100 points can be used to deduct the order amount by SAR 1, and the deducted amount does not exceed 50% of the total order amount.

2. Can the HONOR points be used in shopping stores in other countries or regions?

No. The points earned in Saudi Arabia can only be used in the Saudi Arabia HONOR Store and on the My HONOR app (Saudi Arabia site), and cannot be used on stores in other countries or regions.

3. Can points be transferred to other users?

Points can only be used within the corresponding account and cannot be redeemed to cash, sold, or transferred. If a user cancels his/her HONOR account, the points earned by that account will be cleared and invalidated.

4. I have the Club points. Are these points the same as the HONOR Points?

No. The Club Points are different from the HONOR Points and cannot be used as cash during shopping. For details about how to earn HONOR Points, see the related points rules.
