Check whether Smart unlock is enabled for your smart band or watch
Slide to unlock is automatically enabled when your phone is connected to a Bluetooth device and allows the connected device to unlock your phone. To disable Smart unlock, open Settings, search for and access Smart unlock, then toggle off its switch.
Check whether Face Unlock is enabled, which unlocks your phone more quickly than your fingerprint
To check whether you have enabled Face Unlock, search for and access Face Recognition in Settings.
Check whether you have enrolled part of this fingerprint when you were enrolling the fingerprint for another finger
In this case, search for and access Fingerprint ID in Settings. Under your fingerprint list, delete all your fingerprints and enroll them again.
Check whether you are using a third-party screen protector
Third-party phone protectors, including full body silicone rubber protectors, magnetic protectors, and tempered glass protectors, may affect fingerprint recognition. Please remove the protector and enroll your fingerprints again.
Check whether you have enrolled this fingerprint in Guest mode
Delete the fingerprint in Guest mode if not needed.
Update your phone to the latest system version
If the issue persists, update your phone to the latest system version, delete all your fingerprints, and enroll them again.
