The test standard of TÜV Rheinland's flicker-free certification refers to the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Std 1789-2015 standard for the definition of the correlation between the flicker risk level and the flicker frequency: when the dimming frequency is higher than 3125Hz, it reaches the flicker-free hazard level.
