Solution
Perform the following operations:
- Disable Wi-Fi+ before using Device Clone. Go to , and disable Wi-Fi+.
- Open Phone Manager, go to , locate Device Clone, and enable Keep running after screen off to ensure more stable data transfer.
- An unstable connection to a Wi-Fi network may cause data transfer interruptions. If this occurs, you can exit Device Clone and open it again. Device Clone supports resumable data transfer.
- During the cloning process, do not close Device Clone or switch to any other app.
