When adding a device to HONOR AI Space, it prompts "No device found" |
Before adding a device, please upgrade HONOR AI Space to the latest version.
Possible causes and solutions are as follows:
- The device does not support connecting to the HONOR AI Space app
Only the devices with the QR code for HONOR AI Space printed on the packaging, manual, or purchase page can be added to HONOR AI Space.
You can also check the supported devices in Home Page > Upper right corner + > Add manually > Category.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not enabled on the phone/tablet
Please ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth is enabled on the phone/tablet.
- The device has been linked to another person
If the device has been bound by someone else, you will not be able to bind it. If you are not sure who has linked the device, please follow the instructions in the product package to reset the device and rebind it under your account.
- The device is not in the pairing mode
Please go to
and find the corresponding device. Then follow the instructions to reset the device and enable the pairing mode.You can also check the instructions inside the product packaging or consult the product supplier.
- Poor network environment
Please ensure that the device is in a location with a good wireless network signal and the phone/tablet is close enough to the device (less than 1m is recommended).
- The device is not powered on or low on power
Please ensure that the device is properly powered up or fully charged.
- The device status is abnormal and needs to be reset
Please wait for a while after resetting the device, and then scan and add again after the device responds.
