Problem
- The user sets the backlight of the computer(Honor MagicBook 16) to turn off when there is no activity for 15 seconds. However, the backlight turns off at any time ranging from 5 second to several minutes after the user presses Fn+spacebar.
- The user sets the backlight of the computer to turn off when there is no activity for 15 seconds. However, the backlight turns off at any time ranging from 1 second to several minutes after the user presses F3.
Cause
There is a compatibility issue between BIOS and the keyboard backlight.
Solution
Open PC Manager,go to the Settings icon>Settings，then set your preferred time for the backlight to turn off when there is no activity.
