The screen doesn't respond when I tap it

Cause

The M-Pencil has run out of power because it has not been attached to the tablet for a long time.
The stylus pen is not able to connect to the tablet.

Solution

To fix this issue, try the following:

Check that your stylus pen has not run out of battery and powered off. If it has, charge it for five to ten minutes by attaching it to the tablet. Make sure that the two devices are paired.
If you're still having problems, go to Settings > Bluetooth, find your M-Pencil under PAIRED DEVICE, touch the Settings icon to the right of where your M-Pencil is listed, and then touch UNPAIR. Attach the stylus pen to the tablet again and pair the two devices.

If you've tried the steps above but haven't been able to fix the problem, back up your data, and bring both devices along with proof of purchase to an authorized Honor Customer Service Center for assistance.
