1 Enable Airplane mode and disable it
This issue may be caused by a network delay or a server error. Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, touch Airplane mode to switch it on, then touch it again to switch it off. This should cause the network to deliver the SMS message again.
2 Check whether numbers have been added to Blocklist

4 Check whether the number has been saved to the PrivateSpace
Open Settings, search for and access PrivateSpace, open Messaging, and check whether there are any received messages. If so, transfer the corresponding contacts you need to MainSpace.
5 Switch off Spam Protection
Go to Messaging > Settings > General Spam > Protection, then switch it off.
6 Restore the Messaging app to its default settings if the issue persists
Go to Messaging > > Settings >

7 Insert your SIM card into another phone/tablet and see if the verification code can be received
Insert your SIM card into another phone/tablet and see if the verification code can be received. If the issue persists, contact your carrier or third-party app provider. This issue may be caused by a communication issue on the third-party app server.
