Problem:
The user uses an NFC-capable phone to read a physical card and a screen indicating an empty tag appears.
Cause:
- No app can recognize the card or such app is not registered.
- The NFC feature of the third-party app is not enabled.
Solution:
Download the corresponding app and use it to read a card. The next time your phone reads a card, an app selection screen will appear for you to select a corresponding app.
