Close apps running in the background.
After bringing up the background app screen, touch the lock or swipe down on the apps you wish to keep running, to prevent them from being cleared.
If the virtual navigation bar is enabled, touch
to show all apps running in the background, then touch
to close them all.
- If your phone supports navigation gestures, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to show all apps running in the background, and then touch
to close them all.
- If your devices features a physical navigation button, the virtual navigation bar is disabled by default. Swipe left or right on the physical navigation button to show all apps running in the background, and then touch
to close them all.
Switch to a stabler network
A weak network signal may lead to login failures or cause the game to fail to respond to your touches. Make sure that your phone has a good Internet connection and try again.
Update the game to the latest version
It is recommended that you download games from Google Play Store, or update the games to the latest version. Games downloaded from other sources may crash or display a black screen during startup.
Restart the phone
Restart your phone and try again. This can clear the cache.
If the issue persists
If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Honor Customer Service Center for assistance.
