Problem:
The phone/tablet appeared bent or deformed when viewed from the side.
Cause:
HONOR phones/tablets are rigorously tested according to industry standards. Despite best efforts, mobile phones/tablets are not completely impervious to damage. As such, under excessive force, such as drop impact or large amounts of pressure, your phone/tablet may bend, break, or snap. The most common cause of mobile phone/tablet bending comes from them being placed in back pockets and sat upon for prolonged periods of time.
Solution:
- It is recommended to use a protective case or leather case, which can somewhat reduce the impact of external forces and protect your device.
- Avoid sitting down with your phone/tablet in your back pockets. If a warping issue occurs, do not apply any further pressure to your phone/tablet.
- Back up your data and take your phone/tablet and the proof of purchase to an HONOR Authorized Service Center for assistance.
