My phone cannot find or connect to my Bluetooth earphones

Check the following before connecting your phone to your Bluetooth earphones:

  1. The Bluetooth earphones are powered on and in Pairing mode.
  2. The distance between your phone and earphones does not exceed the valid Bluetooth range (10 m).

Operations for Bluetooth devices to enter Pairing mode will vary depending on the device's brand and model. Follow the instructions in the corresponding user guide or consult the customer service for your Bluetooth earphones.

FAQs related to Bluetooth connection issues:

  • Cannot finReset all settingsd or connect to the Bluetooth earphones
  1. Set the earphones to enter Pairing mode: Power on the earphones or open the charging case, then press and hold the Power button on the earphones or the button on the charging case for 8 seconds until the indicator flashes.
  2. Use two phones to search for the earphones. If the earphones cannot be found on either of the phones, the earphones may be faulty.
  3. Restart Bluetooth on your phone and try again.
  4. Reset your phone settings and try again. To reset your phone settings :go to Settings > System & updates > Reset, touch Reset all settings, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the operation.
  • The earphones disconnect automatically
  1. Check whether your phone is outside of the Bluetooth range of the earphones.
  2. Use another phone to connect to the earphones. If the same issue occurs, the earphones may be faulty.
  3. Reset your phone settings and try again. To reset your phone settings :go to Settings > System & updates > Reset, touch Reset all settings, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the operation.
  • Cannot find the earphones again after canceling the Bluetooth pairing between my earphones and phone

You need to set the earphones to enter Pairing mode and pair with them again. To do so, power on the earphones or open the charging case, then press and hold the Power button on the earphones or the button on the charging case for 8 seconds until the indicator flashes.

If the issue cannot be resolved, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an HONOR Authorized Service Center for assistance.
