Try the following:
Check the Wi-Fi signal reception
Please restart your phone, open the notification panel, long press the Wi-Fi icon and check the signal strength. This issue is normal when the signal is weak. It is recommended that you move to a place with better signal.
Reboot, reset, or update your router
Check whether the devices on the same Wi-Fi network are experiencing the same issue. If so, the router may not be working properly.
It is recommended that you reboot, reset the router, or update the router (Update the router: Tap Software update in Settings of the router to update to the latest version through online or offline updating. For detailed instructions on router setups and updates, please consult with the router provider.
Set the phone to stay connected while asleep
Check whether you have disabled your Wi-Fi from being connected when the phone screen is off. To ensure that Wi-Fi is always connected, perform the following steps: Open Settings, search for Stay connected while asleep, then toggle on the switch.
Restore network settings
This will reset your Wi-Fi, mobile data and Bluetooth settings.
The issue persists
If the issue persists, back up your data and take your device and proof of purchase to an HONOR Authorized Service Center for assistance.
