Your phone/tablet may stop screen recording due to the following reasons:
A phone/tablet call is made or received
You will need to restart recording after the call ends.
If screen recording is interrupted by a phone/tablet call, the video you have recorded will be automatically saved in Gallery.
The memory or storage of your phone/tablet is insufficient
Perform the following:
- If your phone/tablet has no memory card installed, Enable Memory Cleanup.
- If your phone/tablet has a memory card installed and it has been set as the default storage location, clear its storage space and try again.
Certain operations have been performed
These operations include:
The Power button is pressed, the phone/tablet screen automatically turns off, the phone/tablet switches to another user, Ultra power saving mode is enabled, Screen resolution is modified, or the memory card is removed (if the recording files are stored on it).
