APRIL SALE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

This April Sale Campaign (“Campaign”) will run from 21st March 2025 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 30th April 2025 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Campaign Period”). Honor Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Registration No.: 202101003804) (1404103-P) (“HONOR”) reserves the right to shorten or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Campaign Mechanism
1.Eligibility

To participate in this Campaign, the customer(s) (“Customer(s)”) must be:

(i) individual(s) residing in Malaysia; and

(ii) eighteen (18) years of age and above as of 21st March 2025.

2. Events

This Campaign consists of the following Six (6) events:

(a) Subscribe & Get RM 10 Voucher

(i) Under this Subscribe & Get RM 10 Vouchers event, Customer(s) will get an exclusive voucher by subscribing to HONOR’s newsletter via Email Channel or WhatsApp Channel on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App from 1st April 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 30th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8), as follows:

(ii) An RM10 Voucher will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp account after the successful subscription.

(iii) Only one (1) Voucher can be used in the same transaction (i.e., for all the items in the same transaction).

(iv) The RM10 Voucher cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

(v) The RM10 Voucher is only valid for purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) or My HONOR App from 1st April 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 30th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). RM10 Voucher must be redeemed by 30th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8). Please note that any Voucher not redeemed will be expired automatically on the said expiry date.

(vi) This Subscribe & Get RM10 Voucher event is applicable to purchases made on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App.

(b) Special Sales

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this Special Sales (“Special Sales Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Special Sales price (“Special Sales Price”) for purchasing the Special Sales Product(s) and receive the following corresponding free gifts from 1st April 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 30th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Special Sale Period”):

(ii) The Special Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of Special Sales Product(s) purchased during the Special Sales is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Special Sale Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Special Sale Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care terms and conditions.

(vii) All free gifts given under this Special Sale are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(c) Raya Campaign

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this Raya Campaign (“Raya Campaign Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Raya Campaign price (“Raya Campaign Price”) for purchasing the Raya Campaign Product(s) and receive the following corresponding free gifts from 21st March 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 13th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Raya Campaign Period”):

(ii) The Raya Campaign Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Customer(s) who purchase the main products and accessories together via the add on deal on product buy page will enjoy the exclusive discount. Add on deal discount HONOR Products for the Raya Campaign are as follows:

(iv) Each unit of Raya Campaign Product(s) purchased during the Raya Campaign is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(v) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(vi) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vii) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Raya Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. (ix) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(d) Raya Campaign 2025 “HONOR Sentiasa di Sisi, Raya Tetap Onz”

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on all HONOR Retail Stores nationwide during this Raya Campaign 2025 (“Raya Campaign Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the sales price (“Raya Campaign Price”) and receive the corresponding free gifts as set out in the table below with the purchase of the Raya Campaign Product(s) from 21st March 2025 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 13th April 2025 11:59 PM (GMT +8) (“Raya Campaign Period”):

(ii) The HES In-Store Activation is organized by HONOR and is open to all customers visiting selected HES outlets. The activation will take place at the following 16 selected HES outlets starting from 28th March 2025 to 13th April 2025 (“HES In-Store Activation Period”):

List of 16 Selected HES Outlets:

1. AI Portrait Activity

Step 1: Customers must visit a participating HES outlet to have their studio portrait photo taken.

Step 2: Photos will be taken using the designated studio portrait booth and props provided by HONOR.

Step 3: Customers will receive a printed photo in a Raya-themed photo sleeve as a giveaway.

Step 4: To be eligible for and claim a photo frame, Customers must:

- Like HONOR Malaysia’s official Facebook page; and

- Post their AI Portrait photo on social media with the hashtag #HONORRaya

Step 5: Photo frames are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

2. Batu Seremban Game Challenge

Step 1: Customers can participate in the Batu Seremban Game Challenge at the 16 selected HES outlets.

Step 2: A leaderboard will be placed at 16 HES outlets to track participants’ scores.

Step 3: Participants must aim to achieve the highest score to top the leaderboard.

Step 4: Participants in the Mythic category with the fastest completion time will receive a mystery gift.

Step 5: To be eligible for and claim the mystery gift, customers must:

- Like HONOR Malaysia’s official Facebook page;

- Post a photo or story on social media with the hashtag #HONORRaya; and

- Register an account with HONOR on HONOR.com

Step 6: Mystery gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

(iii) Raya Campaign Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iv) Each unit of Raya Campaign Product(s) purchased during this Raya Campaign 2025 is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(v) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(vi) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vii) Any Raya Campaign Product(s) purchased during the Raya Campaign Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Special Sale Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care terms and conditions.

(viii) All free gifts given under this Raya Campaign 2025 are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(ix) Customer(s) shall check on HIHONOR Website for any latest changes to the terms of the Warranty Policy which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(e) 4.4 Super Promotion

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this 4.4 Super Promotion (“4.4 Super Promotion Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the 4.4 Super Promotion price (“4.4 Super Promotion Price”) for purchasing the 4.4 Super Promotion Product(s) and receive the following corresponding free gifts from 3rd April 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 6th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“4.4 Super Promotion Period”):

(ii) The 4.4 Super Promotion Product(s) and the corresponding free gifts above are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iii) Each unit of 4.4 Super Promotion Product(s) purchased during the 4.4 Super Promotion is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iv) All free gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi) Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the 4.4 Super Promotion Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Special Sale Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care terms and conditions.

(vii) All free gifts given under this 4.4 Super Promotion are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

(f) Payday Sales

(i) The HONOR products listed below are available for purchase on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App during this Payday Sales (“Payday Sales Product(s)”). Customer(s) will be entitled to enjoy the Payday Sales price (“Payday Sales Price”) for purchasing the Payday Sales Product(s) and receive the following corresponding free gifts from 24th April 2025 12:00AM (GMT+8) to 27th April 2025 11:59PM (GMT +8) (“Payday Sales Period”):

(ii) Each unit of Payday Sales Product(s) purchased during the Payday Sales is entitled to receive one (1) unit of the corresponding free gifts (where applicable).

(iii) The Payday Sales Product(s) and the corresponding free/exclusive gifts are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.

(iv) All free/exclusive gifts are not exchangeable for cash or other items and are non-transferable.

(v) HONOR reserves the right to change and/or replace any corresponding free/exclusive gifts with other gifts of similar value.

(vi)Any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Payday Sales Period shall be subject to the same terms as HONOR's standard warranty service terms as provided in

HONOR’s Warranty Policy. In addition to the standard warranty, HONOR product(s) purchased during this Special Sale Period which is entitled to Extended Warranty as per terms and conditions of the Service Terms and Conditions. For the selected HONOR products purchased during the Special Sale Period that come with the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection, please note that the 180 days Screen Crack Protection or 365 days Screen Crack Protection are subject to the HONOR Care terms and conditions.

(vii) All free/exclusive gifts given under this Payday Sales are not covered by the standard warranty of HONOR.

(viii) Customer(s) shall check on HONOR Website (honor.com/my/) and My HONOR App or any latest changes to the terms which can be updated from time to time by HONOR.

General

(i) The Customer(s) agrees and consents to HONOR for the use of any of the Customer(s) personal data for the purpose of participation in this Campaign in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for a lawful purpose directly related to the running of this Campaign including but not limited to the purposes of promotional events, advertising, marketing and any administrative matters to facilitate the management of this Campaign.

(ii) By providing the personal data, the Customer(s) confirms that (a) he/she agrees and consents to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection laws and regulations; and (b) he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by Statement About HONOR Platform and Privacy and HONOR’s Marketing Activities Privacy Statement. The Customer(s) further agrees that HONOR and/or its agent and/or its third-party service providers may contact the Customer(s) by telephone, email or such other method in connection with this Campaign. If the Customers(s) need to exercise your privacy rights and lodge a complaint about privacy protection, please contact us by visiting the Privacy Questions page, we will reply as soon as possible.

(iii) In the event that any prizes or free gifts are being given to the Customer(s)' having provided a false or mistaken identity or information, HONOR shall have the right to revoke the Customer(s)’ eligibility for the said prizes or free gifts.

(iv) By participating in this Campaign, Customer(s) agree to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and HONOR’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained. HONOR reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation of this Campaign.

(v) In accepting any prizes or free gifts, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Campaign. The winners agree to grant HONOR a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs, voice, biographical information and/or statements, at any time or times, in all media types worldwide for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

(vi) HONOR assumes no responsibility for late entries due to any reasons including, but not limited to, network transmission failure.

(vii) HONOR shall not be responsible for any losses or damages directly or indirectly incurred by any party including the Customer(s) in connection or arising from acts or omissions or in any way related to this Campaign.

(viii) The Customer(s) agrees to discharge and release HONOR from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign or the Customer’s entry in this Campaign.

(ix) The Customer(s) further agrees to discharge and release any third party which is related to and connected with this Campaign, including Facebook and other social media platform, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract, tort, negligence, or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in any way connected to this Campaign.

(x) Save where it is otherwise prohibited by the applicable laws, in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any claims relating to the Campaign and/or any activities operated by authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, nor shall HONOR be held responsible for any payment made by the Customer(s) to authorized online and offline stores and any service providers appointed by them, or for the fulfilment of the sales transaction by such parties.

(xi) Without prejudice to the foregoing and save where otherwise prohibited by law:- (1) in no event shall HONOR be liable to any party including the Customer(s) for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits, howsoever remote even if such losses were foreseeable or if HONOR was advised of the possibility of such damages; and (2) if HONOR is adjudicated by a local court of competent jurisdiction to be liable for any losses or damages arising out of or is in any way connected to this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR’s total liability shall in no event exceed RM50.00.

(xii) By participating in this Campaign and any events therein, the Customer(s) agrees to indemnify and hold HONOR and HONOR Group of Companies, their officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors in title, employees, agents and representatives harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (including any legal fees), suffered or incurred by HONOR due to or in any way arising from this Campaign.

(xiii) If Customer(s) are discovered to be using or have used improper means to participate in this Campaign and any events therein, HONOR reserves the right to cancel the eligibility without notice including without hesitation, the commencement of legal proceedings under the full extent of the applicable laws.

(xiv) Where any HONOR product(s) purchased during the Campaign Period is returned to HONOR in accordance with its standard return policy, all free gifts received for the purchase must also be returned together with the HONOR product(s).

(xv) HONOR reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions at any time without further notice.

(xvi) This Campaign and the terms and conditions herein shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
