    You can use “Device Clone” application to transfer your existing phone data, this application which is pre-installed in your new phone.

  • What is the warranty on a product I have purchased from Hihonor.com?

    HONOR smartphones are generally covered by a warranty of up to 12 months, Please see our Warranty Policy for details.

  • What should I do if I have lost the warranty certificate?

    We base our commercial warranty status on the device's SN code. In case of a claim, you will also be able to use the invoice as the basis for your warranty. Please check Warranty Policy for more details.

  • Are there any costs for warranty repair if the device is repaired within the warranty period?
