HONOR Home Repair Service offers device free pick and drop.
What is the process for applying this service?
1.Send a request to HONOR Hotline team
2.Engineer form HONOR Authorized Service Center will contact you shortly to confirm the visiting time and suggest if your device could be repaired onsite or not.
3.After confirming repair solution, the engineer will suggest the repair finish time.
4.If it’s required to be brought back to service center for repair, the engineer will arrange the free pick-up and deliver-back for your device.

How to check my repair status?
Usually, your device repair will be finished within 3 working
days, kindly call HONOR Hotline for further repair status if you wait more than this period.
Is this home service for free?
The pick up and delivery is free for in warranty devices only, and
3KWD will be charged for out of warranty devices by HONOR Authorized Service Center.

This service is available for HONOR Magic series and HONOR Number

Will my data be safe?
Device information may will be cleaned up during repair, it is
suggested to backup your personal data before applying the service.
By participating in HONOR home service, Customer hereby agrees and provides consent to HONOR to the use of any personal data as provided by the Customer for the purpose of participation in HONOR home service in line with the Personal Data Protection laws and regulations, to the extent that any personal data provided shall only be processed and be used by HONOR for lawful purpose directly related to the running of HONOR Home Repair Service.
