Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

1. Check if the App Market is the latest version

Please click App Market>My>Settings>Check for Updates, update the App Market to the latest version and then download again.

2. Check if the network is normal, and try to connect to other networks before downloading again

Method 1: Please check whether you can browse the web normally under mobile data and WIFI

Method 2: Please turn on the network diagnosis check, path: App Market>My>Settings>Network Diagnosis>Start Diagnosis. If the diagnosis is abnormal, click Upload Log Feedback on this page to locate the problem.

3. Check if the device memory is sufficient

Please click App Market>My>Common Services>Clean Up and Speed ​​Up, clean up junk files according to the prompts, and leave enough storage space for downloading.

Please delete the App Market data and download again, path: System Settings>Applications>Application Management>Honor App Market>Storage>Delete Data.

4.Check the status of Download Manager

Please check if Download Manager is enabled: Go to Settings > Apps > Apps > at the upper right corner > Show system processes > Download Manager and tap Enable. (If there is no "Enable" button, ignore this step.)
