The sound is low, no sound or there are noises during a call

The sound quality during a phone call is mainly affected by audio-related components, the network signal quality etc.; if the sound during a call is abnormal, perform the following to troubleshoot:

Please check whether there are any foreign objects blocking the receiver, microphone, and speaker

Please check whether the screen protector/case or film is blocking the audio output holes; if the audio output holes are dirty or blocked, use a soft brush dipped in alcohol to clean them.

Please check whether the signal of your phone or the other party is normal

The unstable signal or the bad signal quality will affect the call quality, you may check the signal from a different location.

If you use a third-party app to make calls (such as WeChat and QQ), make sure that the signal reception is good

Please restart your phone or reset all the settings and try again

You may turn off your phone and try again. If the issue persists, proceed to the following steps to reset all the settings and try again:Settings>System & updates>Reset>Reset all settings
