Free Door-to-Door Service is exclusive to HONOR Magic series and HONOR Number series customers.
2. Can I apply Door to Door Service for free if my device is out of warranty?
Complimentary Door-to-Door Service is reserved for in-warranty devices. For out-of-warranty models, the following terms apply:
① Logistics Fee: A standard fee of 3 KWD covers collection and delivery.
② Repair Costs: Costs for spare parts and labor are not included and will be quoted separately by the Service Center.

3. How do I apply for Door to Door Service?

4. Is there a limit on how many times I can use Door to Door Service?
No. There is no limit on the number of times you can use the Door to Door Service.
5. Which areas are covered for Door to Door Service?
The Door to Door Service covers all regions within the State of Kuwait, except for duty-free zones.
6. How long does it take to arrange pickup?
Pickup is usually arranged within 1 working day.
7. How long does the repair process take?
Including delivery to and from the service center, repairs typically take around 3 working days, depending on the type of defect and spare parts availability.
8. Will my data be safe?
Device information may be cleaned up during repair, it is suggested to backup your personal data before applying the service.
9. How can I check the status of my repair?
For checking the repair status, please contact the HONOR Authorized Service Center you submitted your device to.
