My phone/tablet is indicated to not have sufficient storage space |
Open Settings, and go to Storage to check the remaining storage space:
- If the remaining storage space is insufficient (less than 10%)
- If the remaining storage space is sufficient
If the remaining storage space is insufficient
Perform the following:
- Clean up storage space.
- It is recommended that you uninstall apps you rarely use. The installed apps will take up a large amount of storage space.
- Open SystemManager/Optimizer, touch Cleanup, select the data you wish to delete, and touch DELETE (). Alternatively, touch OPTIMIZE, and free up the storage space according to the scanning results and recommendations.
- Check whether you have created sub-user accounts or PrivateSpace.
- Open Settings, search for and access Users, and see if there are created sub-user accounts. You can delete sub-user accounts you no longer need by touching a sub-user name and touching Delete user.
- Open Settings, search for and access PrivateSpace, and see if Log in is displayed on the screen. If so, touch
in the upper right corner, and touch Delete PrivateSpace, if you no longer need it. (If Enable is displayed, no PrivateSpace has been created on your phone/tablet.)
- Open Settings, search for and access Users, and see if there are created sub-user accounts. You can delete sub-user accounts you no longer need by touching a sub-user name and touching Delete user.
- Move large files to a memory card (if supported by your phone/tablet).
If your phone/tablet is installed with a memory card, move your images, audio files, video files, and other large files from Internal storage to the memory card.
- Change the Default location to the memory card (if supported by your phone/tablet).
If your phone/tablet is installed with a memory card, go to Default location to the memory card.
and set - Restore your phone/tablet to its factory settings.
Back up your data and restore your phone/tablet to its factory settings:
Open Settings, search for and access Factory data reset, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the task.
If the remaining storage space is sufficient
Perform the following:
- You may have accidentally visited websites that create this type of prompt to promote phone/tablet optimizer apps. Clear the browser cache and update the virus library of SystemManager to block forged websites.
- Go to System Manager>Auto-update/Online virus scan. , and select
- If your phone/tablet fails a system update due to insufficient storage space, clear up storage space as prompted to make room for the update.
