The problem may be caused by a poor network, or Optimizer denying the network access of HONOR Game Center.
Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Try another network type and log in again. Clear the cache of HONOR Game Center beforehand.
How to clear cache: Go to Settings > Apps> Apps > Game Center> Storage > Clear Cache.
2. Go to Optimizer > Data Usage > Network Access or Settings > Apps > Apps >Game Center> Data Usage > Network Access and check if the network permission is enabled.
3. You can delete HONOR Game Centerand reinstall it from the HONOR App Market.
4. If the issue persists, please present your [fault screenshot], [network connection type], [device model], and [Android version] to our online customer service for assistance.
