Hi guys
Your eyes may usually get strained because of staring at your phone all day. Try changing some simple settings as below to avoid eyestrain caused by phone usage.
Adjust Brightness According to Ambient Light.
In a dark environment, sometimes your phone screen may become too bright for your eyes while switching apps. To protect your eyes more effectively, you can try enabling Automatic adjustment of screen brightness.
Go to Settings>Display & brightness, switch on Automatic, the phone's light sensor will automatically sense the change of ambient light and adjust the screen brightness accordingly.
You can also manually adjust the brightness. Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, then drag the brightness slider to change it.
Eye Comfort Mode Alleviates Eye Fatigue.
Before watching videos or playing games, enter Settings>Display & brightness, tap Eye Comfort, and turn on Scheduled or Enable all day. The screen will display in a warmer tone to help you relieve eye fatigue and protect your eyesight.
Alternatively, swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, then swipe down again to show all shortcuts, tap to enable Eye Comfort
.*Reminder: Once Eye Comfort is enabled, will be displayed in the status bar, and the screen will take on a yellow tint as a result of emitting less blue light.
Simple and practical settings can make your phone screen eye-friendly,
and help you relieve eye strain effectively.
