Terms and Conditions
HONOR VIP Care+ Plan is a service product provided by HONOR International FZCO
(hereinafter referred to as "HONOR" or "we"). This agreement is an effective contract between
you and us. Please read carefully and understand this service agreement. This agreement
constitutes a legal document that is binding on both parties, your use of this service means
that you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, you will not be able to enjoy the benefit
of this service product.
1.Service Content
(1) HONOR VIP Care+ Plan contain below 3 services:
One-Year Screen Protection: After the purchase and within 1 year use of HONOR Magic V2, if your
screen is damaged or broken due to accidental collision, accidental fall, or accidental
extrusion, you can have your screen to be repaired without paying for screen spare part, and
only the labor fee will be charged as per Service Center. Please note this service could be
availed once only.
14-Day Replacement Warranty: Within 14 days (including 14 days) from the date of your HONOR
Magic V2 purchase, if the device has a performance failure that is not caused by human damage,
you can choose to refund according to the invoice price from where you purchase or replace the
device with the same model and specifications or choose free after-sales repair. For more
replacement guide, kindly refer to warranty-policy
(HONOR.com).
4-Time free maintenance: device cleaning (No disassembly), overall test, screen protector
replacement will be offered for in-warranty of all walk-in consumers.
(2) For above mentioned two services, the customer shall provide the proof of purchase document
(POP) to check the guaranteed service coverability. Failure to provide such POP will be
considered as the request is out of warranty service period time limit.
(3) If the parts other than the screen are damaged at the same time, the damage is not within
the free repair scope of this service.
(4) Above mentioned HONOR VIP Care+ Plan is valid for HONOR Magic V2 purchased and activated
after opening sale time, 18th, Feb, 2024, in United Arab Emirates area only.
2.How to avail the service
For One-Year Screen Protection service, you can choose to go to any of HONOR Authorized service centers in UAE or apply door to
door for the service, also you could call our hotline 80004444408 if you need further help. For
14-Day Replacement Warranty service and 4-Time free maintenance, they could only be availed by
visiting HONOR Authorized service centers.
3. The Service Does Not Cover
1. Any modification, disassembly, repair without the authorization of HONOR;
2. The nameplate and serial number of the device are missing, damaged or altered, and it is
impossible to judge whether it belongs to the guaranteed product;
3. Loss of digital accessories and consumables;
4. Losses caused by deliberate actions;
5. Appearance wear, scratches and other losses that do not affect normal use;
6. Failure or damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, radioactive
pollution, lightning strikes, etc.) or war, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts,
strikes, riots, terrorist activities, and natural disasters;
7. Non-hardware loss such as data loss;
8. Exceeding the guarantee service period time limit;
9. The damaged device is regarded as lost or stolen;
10. Loss caused by falling from a height of more than 20 meters and car crushing;
11. Missing parts of the product host;
12. System and software problems such as self-flashing, upgrades, and software virus caused
functional failure of the device;
13. The cost of sending device to non-HONOR Authorized Service Center for repair;
14. Loss caused by value reduction after repairing.
4. Service Transfer
1. You understand that this service is a virtual product. Except for returning or replacing the
device in accordance with HONOR warranty policy, this service product cannot be withdrawn.
2. If the device has a quality failure, and you have not availed this service, you could apply
for a return/replacement according to warranty policy, and:
(1) If a new device is replaced as per the warranty policy, this service will be transferred to
your new device
(2) If the mainboard is replaced as per the warranty policy, this service will be transferred to
the device with the new mainboard and you can continue to enjoy the remaining plan of this
service.
5. Liability exemption
Under permitted by law, HONOR is not responsible for any of the following situations:
(1) Losses of your records or data;
(2) All indirect losses caused by product damage (including but not limited to personal injury,
loss of income, profit, reputation, time, and any other indirect or incidental losses)
You agree that we will only provide you with legal products and services on the basis of "as is"
and "as available", and you are responsible for using this product at your own risk. If you are
a minor, you should also obtain the consent of your guardian. Unless otherwise expressly
provided in this agreement, HONOR International FZCO does not make any implied statement or
guarantee for this service (except as otherwise provided by law).
6. Service termination
1. In one of the following situations, the Service will naturally terminate:
(1) The effective date agreed in the terms of service is expired;
(2) The Service has been used;
(3) If it is tested by the engineer of HONOR Authorized Service Center that your product has
been repaired by a service center not authorized by HONOR, that will be considered as a private
dismantling or private repair;
2. If we find that you have deliberately damaged the product, we have the right to terminate
this agreement at any time and refuse to provide our services without any responsibility. At the
same time, we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.
7. Recycling of the replaced malfunction spare parts
You know and agree that the property rights of faulty parts replaced after repairs using this
service belong to HONOR International FZCO, and we will recycle them through HONOR Authorized
Service Center.
8. Dispute Resolution
If there is a dispute during the implementation of the terms of this agreement, the parties to
the dispute can resolve it through negotiation. If the dispute could not be solved by
negotiation, all parties to the dispute shall go to the Dubai court to resolve it through
litigation according to United Arab Emirates law.
