Unable to Connect HONOR Health with devices, like Watches, Bands, or Body Fat Scales

Problem

Scene 1: When tapping Add device in HONOR Health, the device you want to connect cannot be found.

Scene 2: When using HONOR Health to scan a QR code to connect the device, the connection fails.

Solutions

 
  1. Update the HONOR Health app to the latest version first.
  2. Ensure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are enabled on the phone/tablet.

Troubleshoot following issues if you cannot add a device:

  1. Does the HONOR Health app support the management of the device?

    You may tapDevice > Add device > Add manually, check the device models currently supported by HONOR Health in All devices page. If the All Devices page does not have the device you want to connect to, we suggest you read the user manual in the device package carefully and try again, or consult HONOR customer service.

  2. Has the device been bound by others?

    If the device has been linked to other phones/tablets, unbind it in the HONOR Health app and the phone/tablet Bluetooth that were previously connected, or disable the Bluetooth of the previously connected phone/tablet, and then use the new phone/tablet to connect. If you cannot confirm whether the device is being bound and used by others, reset the device according to the user manual in the device package before operating.

  3. The device is not turned on or the battery is low

    Ensure that the device is normally powered up and fully charged.

  4. Unstable network environment

    Ensure that the device is in a location with a good wireless network signal and that the phone/tablet is close enough to the device (less than 1m is recommended).

  5. The device status is abnormal, and the reset is not completed

    After the device is reset, you need to wait for a while for the device to complete the restart and rescan after the device responds.
